Abstract
This article expected to point out the Tenfold Code of the King or a ruler to administrators to follow because this principle could overwhelm heart and mind of people and parties resulting to the peace and happiness of society. This principle could also lead work and burden to success and make people pay contribution to society and nation. At the same time, they could be accomplished with good behaviours and control their body, speech and mind from all unwholesome.
