Abstract

This article discusses the Buddhist based management principles that the leaders should use to solve problems caused by the administration. The principles for the problem solution in an organization best are the Four Noble Truths 4: sufferings or problems, the cause of sufferings or problems, ways leading to the cessation of suffering or problems, and the results of the cessation of sufferings or problems. After solving the problems, the leaders must not forget to enhance the morale and incentive of personnel in the change of management system. Then, everything will proceed to the aim of the work and the peace of co-workers and people.
