The Education Quality Development and School of Learning

Abstract

The education quality development and building schools of learning are the heart of education reform. The education reform must place a focus on learners to be qualified, good and happy. The education institutions must be developed into a standard quality in order to support students to learn continuously. The schools must be turned to learning schools rather than teaching schools.
Strategies to achieve better quality in education depend on educational quality assurance system. The borderless communication has an impact to the alert in educational system of Thailand. The rights in accessing information and educational participation of people are specified in the Constitution and Education Act in Chapter 6; standards and quality assurance. The system of quality assurance, standard of education, aims and principles of education at all levels are also given in details.
