Abstract

The Buddhist administration of provincial Dhamma practice centers consists of worldly and religious knowledge. The administrators have to assign the qualified meditation masters to be responsible in Dhamma practice, arrange a place suitable for the practice and provide necessary equipment in practice. WISIT Model, consisting of Wisdom, Influence, Specification, Informal discussion, and Technology, is proposed for the provincial Dhamma practice center administration because this model is relevant to the principles of Favorable Conditions in Buddhism and the standard criteria of the Office of National Buddhism: accommodation, teacher and management.
