A Study of Conflict Management Among School Administrators Under Phranakhon si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study 1) to study the conflict management of school administrators. 2) To compare the conflict management of school administrators under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Area Region 1 by age, education and experience in administration. The samples used in the study were the school administrators. The research instrument was a 5-level scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and t-test.


The results were as follows:


  1. The school administrators under the Office of Primary Education Area Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Region 1 had opinions on conflict management in average At the highest level When considering each aspect. Conflict Management The most average way is to collaborate. (Collaboration) The second is the Compromise method, and the least is the way to overcome. (Competition)

  2. School administrators Under the jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education Area 1, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya with age, education and management experience. The opinions on conflict management in the overall and the individual aspects were not different. The statistical significance level .05
