Relationship Between Participation Management and School Effectiveness under Primary Educational Service Area office

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the participation management under primary educational service area office, 2) study the school effectiveness under primary educational service area office and 3) study the correlation between participation management and school effectiveness under primary educational service area office. The sample consisted of 384 teachers under primary educational service area office. The size was determined using the table of the sample size of Krecie and Morgan with stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The instrument used for this research was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the value of the reliability at 0.91. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient.


The results showed that:


  1. The study the participation management under primary educational service area office overall at a high level.

  2. The study the school effectiveness under primary educational service area office overall at a high level.

  3. The participation management had high positive correlations with the school effectiveness at the statistical significance level of 0.01. The coefficient of correlation was 0.87.
