Abstract

Leadership is important for organization leaders. With leadership, the
leaders can mobilize those organizations to development. The leaders should have
moral principles in their management to make members of community or
organization happy and live together in conciliation. The leaders should have
physical and mental quality different from others and be able to build trust, respect
and cooperation from others. A good leader should manage the organization in
accordance with the Buddhist principles. The Buddhist based leader should be able
to apply Buddhist principles in practice, patient, tolerant, honest, sincere, moral
shame and moral dread, open-minded and sacrifice to society.
