Abstract

The participation of the school executives in school environmental
conservation is the mutual learning process starting from brainstorming, planning,
operating, solving the problems, controlling, monitoring, follow-up and evaluating.
The process in operating starts from setting the plan (Plan), process implemented
(Do), the monitoring and evaluation (Check), and the development or the
improvement (Action). The administrators, teachers, school board, s tudents and
parents are the major force of school environmental conservation. It is a form of
decentralization and network operation. In this process, the school administrators
should be open-minded to welcome different opinions in operation, evaluation and
decision.
