Relationships between Honesty and Satisfaction In Marriage Life of Personnel in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University

Abstract

The main objectives of this research are: 1) to study the honesty in marriage life of personnel in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University; 2) to study the satisfaction in marriage life of personnel in Mahachulalongkornra- javidyalaya University ; and 3) to study the relationship between honesty and satisfaction in marriage life of personnel in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The sample of this study consisted of 202 married personnel in Headquarter, campuses and colleges of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The tool used for data collection was questionnaire. The gathered data were analyzed by using statistical techniques such as Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Correlation.

The findings can be summarized as follows: 1) The overall honesty in marriage life of personnel in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University has been found at the most level with sincerity aspect standing the first, followed by sharing a life together, while flexibility one has noticed the last. 2) The overall satisfaction in marriage life of personnel in Mahachulalongkornraja- vidyalaya University has been found at the most level with mate security aspect standing the first, followed by duties of spouse, whereas family economic security has rated the last. 3) The honesty in marriage life of personnel in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University has positively associated with satisfaction in marriage life of personnel in Mahachulalong- kornrajavidyalaya University at statistical significance at .01 level of confidence.
