Educational Integration and Strategic Leader

Abstract

In integration of strategic leaders and education, School leaders or executives need to work as a holistic system to cooperate small agencies together in general management, resources management, knowledge, skills and technology to achieve the targets set. Strategic leaders should establish themselves with goodness, morality and virtues in order to live a life and work happily and peacefully. Working with a peaceful mind, the strategic leaders could gain cooperation and trust from subordinates and people, and that resulted to the goal of work.
