การพัฒนาโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างพหุระดับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสถานศึกษา

รางวัลพระราชทาน  2) พัฒนาและตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างพหุระดับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทานเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ดำเนินการวิจัย 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน โดยการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุแบบพหุระดับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ที่คือแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหาร และครู ในสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทานระดับมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 600 คน   สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ส่วนที่ 2 การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อหาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้กำหนดนโยบาย  ผู้บริหาร และครู    จากสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทานที่ได้รับโล่พระราชทาน จำนวน 10 คน วิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างพหุระดับด้วยโปรแกรม Mplus 6.0 ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1)      ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทานในระดับบุคคลมีตัวแปร

ในการวิจัย 4 ตัว คือ การพัฒนาความรู้ การพัฒนาทักษะ การพัฒนาการคิด และ ค่านิยมร่วม  โมเดลการวิจัยระดับองค์กรมีตัวแปรในการวิจัย 3 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ การตัดสินใจองค์กร การพัฒนาองค์กร และ คุณภาพชีวิตองค์กร ค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างในตัวบ่งชี้ทุกตัวอยู่ในระดับปานกลางค่อนไปทางมากถึงระดับมาก

2) โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างพหุระดับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (X ²= 98.784, df = 96, X ²/df = 1.029, p = 0.056, CFI = 0.946, TLI = 0.891, RMSEA = 0.029, SMR_W = 0.014, SMR_B = 0.004)  โดยโมเดลระดับบุคคล พบว่า การพัฒนาความรู้ การพัฒนาการคิด การพัฒนาทักษะ และค่านิยมร่วมของบุคลากรมีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน อีกทั้งการพัฒนาการคิด และการพัฒนาทักษะของครูยังส่งอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนโดยส่งผ่านค่านิยมร่วมของครูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สำหรับโมเดลระดับองค์กร การพัฒนาองค์กร  คุณภาพชีวิตองค์กร และการตัดสินใจองค์กร มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทาน โดยการตัดสินใจองค์กรส่งอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนโดยส่งผ่านคุณภาพชีวิตองค์กร และการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ทั้งนี้ตัวแปรทำนายทั้งหมดในระดับบุคคลและระดับองค์กรสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทานได้ร้อยละ 42 และ 64 ตามลำดับ

3) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษารางวัลพระราชทานเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ประกอบด้วย การวางแผนการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นระบบ การตัดสินใจอย่างมีส่วนร่วม สร้างค่านิยมร่วมในเชิงคุณภาพโดยยึดเป้าหมายขององค์กรเป็นหลัก สร้างเครือข่ายและการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนา พัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ สหวิทยาการ จัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อความเป็นเลิศ พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในการบริหารจัดการและการสื่อสาร สร้างวัฒนธรรมคุณภาพและบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ และสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ     

Abstract 

            The objective of this research were 1) to study the factors affecting sustainable development of the Royal Awarded School, 2) to develop and check validity of multi-level structural equation model of sustainable development of the Royal Awarded School, and 3) to explore approached of administration to sustainable development of the Royal Awarded School. Research methods were divided into 2 phases. Phase I was a survey research to study factors affecting the sustainable development of the Royal Awarded School. The samples were 600 school administrators and teachers in Royal Awarded School. Multi-stage random sampling was used in this phase. Research instruments was questionnaire. Phase II was qualitative study to explore approaches of administration to sustainable development of the Royal Awarded School. In this phase, the key informants were 10 policy makers, school administrators, and teacher in the best of Royal Awarded School were selected by purposive sampling and using in-depth interviews method. Analysis of multi-level structural equation model by Mplus 6.0 Program was used in quantitative data analysis. Content analysis was used in qualitative data analysis.

            The research results showed that; 1) factors affecting sustainable development of Royal Awarded School on an individual level including; knowledge development, skill development, thinking development, and share value were highly moderate, in the organizational level including; decision making, organizational development, and quality of organization were highly moderate. 2) Multi-level structure equation model of sustainable development model fit quit well empirical data set (X ²= 98.784, df = 96, X ²/df = 1.029, p = 0.056, CFI = 0.946, TLI = 0.891, RMSEA = 0.029, SMR_W = 0.014, SMR_B = 0.004). In individual level, knowledge development, skill development, thinking development, and share value had a positively direct effect on sustainable development. Furthermore, thinking development and skill development had a significantly indirect effect on sustainable development through share value. In organizational level, decision making, organizational development, and quality of organization had  positively direct effect on sustainable development. Furthermore, decision making had significantly indirect effect on sustainable development through organizational development, and quality of organization. Above all, predictor variables in individual level and organizational level accounted for the variances of sustainable development of 42% and 64% respectively. 3) There were approaches of administration to promote sustainable development of the Royal Awarded School; operational planning system, participatory decision making, creating shared value in term of quality by retaining the main goals of the organization, networking and participation for development, develop interdisplinary learning process, strategic management for excellence, leadership development on management and communication, create quality culture and learning climate, and create professional learning community.
