ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกของโรงเรียน เอกชนระดับปฐมวัย ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการประเมินคุณภาพ
ภายนอกของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน 2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับปฐมวัย ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 104 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่มตามสัดส่วน ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์
สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายแบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารและการประเมินคุณภาพภายนอก โดยรวม
อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารด้านการสร้างบารมี(x1) ด้านการคำนึงถึงความแตกต่าง
ระหว่างบุคคล(x2) ด้านการกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญา(x3) และด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ(x4) ส่งผลต่อการประเมินคุณภาพ
ภายนอกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยได้ y = 0.285 - 0.274
(x1) + 0.472 (x2) - 0.267 (x3) + 0.979 (x4) 2) มีข้อเสนอแนะที่สำคัญ ผู้บริหารควรปฏิบัติตนให้เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี
ทั้งในด้านการทำงานและด้านชีวิตครอบครัว ให้ความเสมอภาคแก่ผู้ร่วมงานทุกคน และผู้บริหารควรตั้งตนให้อยู่ใน
สติในการทำงาน และหมั่นให้กำลังใจแก่ตนเองเสมอ

This research was aimed to 1) study the transformational leadership of the administrators that effect to the
external quality assessment of the private kindergarten in upper northern Thailand. 2) study suggestion the
transformational leadership of the administrators that effect to the external quality assessment of the private
kindergarten in upper northern Thailand. The sample were the private kindergarten administrators of upper
northern Thailand place in 2012, 104 people, randomly divided proportionally, Tools used to collect data
was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product moment correlation
coefficient, And Stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results show that: 1) The transformational leadership of the administrators and the opinion about
the external assessment in overall were at the high level, The transformational leadership of the
administrators effect to the external quality assessment in overall statistically significant .01, the equation
used analyze this collected data is as follows: y = 0.285 - 0.274 (x1) + 0.472 (x2) - 0.267 (x3) + 0.979 (x4),
and 2) A key recommendation, The administrators should action himself as good models in the work and
family life, gave equality for anyone, then should be mindful of the work, And persistent encouragement
to themselves.
