แรงจูงใจของนักเรียนในการสอบเข้าศึกษาต่อ (วิธีรับตรง) สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจของนักเรียนในการสอบเข้าศึกษาต่อโดยวิธีรับตรง สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2556 กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักเรียนที่เข้าทดสอบสมรรถภาพ ทางกาย จำนวน 565 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามแรงจูงใจของนักเรียนในการสอบเข้าศึกษาต่อโดยวิธีรับ ตรง สาขาวิชาพลศึกษา และมีองค์ประกอบทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนทั้งหมด 429 ฉบับ คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 75.93 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS for Window

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า แรงจูงใจของนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุด 4 ด้าน คือ 1) แรงจูงใจด้านสถาบัน ค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.48 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.60 2) ด้านการเรียนการสอน ค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.44 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.63 3) ด้านบุคลากร ค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.30 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.68 4) ด้านเหตุผลส่วนตัว ค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 4.28 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.74 และอยู่ในระดับสูง 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการชักจูงจากบุคคลและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ ค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 3.83 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.99 นอกจากนั้นยังพบว่า แรงจูงใจของนักเรียนรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุด

Motivation of The students to Entrance examination (Quota) to The physical education major, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University

The objective of this research was to study motivations of the students to entrance examination by quota to the physical education major faculty of education Khon Kaen University of the year 2013. Target group are 565 students who enter physical fitness test. Data were collected by using motivations questionnaire of the students to entrance examination by quota to the physical education major and there were 5 aspects. There were 429 issues of returned questionnaires or 75.93 %. Data were analyzed to calculate for percentage, mean, and standard deviation by using SPSS for Windows Program.

The research findings found that: The motivation of the students showed there in highest level for 4 aspects were 1) the motivations for the University mean = 4.48, standard deviation = 0.60, 2) the motivations for learning and teaching mean = 4.44, standard deviation = 0.63, 3) the motivations for staff mean = 4.30, standard deviation = 0.68, 4) the motivations for personal reasons mean = 4.28, standard deviation = 0.74, and high level for 1 aspect was the motivations for influence of persuasion and public relations mean = 3.83, standard deviation = 0.99. Moreover, it found that all of the motivation of the students showed there in highest level.
