Educational Curriculum Management According to the basic Education Core Curriculum year 2008 of Schools Under Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

The purpose of this research is to study the state and problem to the academic management curriculum core of basic education 2008 of academy in Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Office 3. The population and samples are 153 educational administrators in academic year 2554 B.E. (2013). Research tools and method are questionnaires; data analysis was processed by statistical analysis software: percentage, mean and standard deviation. The result reveals that: The overall and category mean score of management level of the basic core curriculum year 2008 of schools in Chiangrai under the Primary Educational Service Office are high and that can be ranked as follows; course curriculum, promotion and support, and quality control respectively. The problems of the academic managements according to basic core curriculum year 2008 of schools in Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Office 3 are teachers are lack of knowledge and understanding of the curriculum, and adaptation and development of curriculum which cause the regulation of vision in curriculum to be inconsistent with the needs of the community; combined with the lack of participation of those involved, inadequate allocated budget, the lack of curriculum evaluation and evaluated result is not implemented in development process.
