Strategic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Schools Affectiveness Under the Office of Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area 1

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the school administrators’ strategic leadership, 2) to study the level of school effectiveness,3) to study relationship between the school administrators’ strategic leadership affecting the school effectiveness, and 4) to study Strategic Leadership affecting School Effectiveness under The Office of Nongbualamphu Primry Educational Service Area 1, 214 schools. The samples were 449 school administrators and teachers. The instruments using in this study was the Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using Computer Program to cal culate the Frequency, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research findings found that
For school administrators’ strategic leadership under the Office of Nongbualamphu Educational Service 1, in overall, it was in “High” level. It was found that the Mean Value of Control and Evaluation of Strategy was in “the Highest” level. The Mean Value of Organizational Climate was in “the Highest” level. In addition, the Mean Value of Organizational Culture Development was in “The Lowest” level.
For effectiveness of schools under jurisdiction of the Office of Nongbualamphu Educational Service Area 1, found that the school effectiveness, in overall, was in “High” level. The Mean Value of Organizational Climate was in “The Highest” level. The Mean Value of Students’ Characteristic was in “The Lowest” level.
For relationship between the school administrators’ strategic leadership, and effectiveness of schools under jurisdiction of the Office of Nongbualamphu Educational Service Area 1, there was positive relationship in “High” level at .01 significant level.
For school administrators’ strategic leadership affecting the effectiveness of schools under jurisdiction of the Office of Nongbualamphu Educational Service Area 1, there were 4 aspects in the school administrators’ strategic leadership including: the Control and Strategy of Evaluation ( X2), the Resource Administration and Management ( X 5), the Determination of Strategy ( X 1 ), the Organizational Culture Development ( X 4 ), the value of Multiple Correlation Coefficient was = .467. Furthermore, the Predictive Coefficient or Predictive Power was = 21.8 at .01 significant level.
