The Development of Management Model in Small-Sized School Network, Under Nongkhai Primary Educational Service Area Office

The objectives of this research were 1) study the current conditions and the adverse conditions of the management in small-sized school network, under control of Nongkhai primary educational service area office. 2) analyze the need of the management in small-sized school network, under control of Nongkhai primary educational service area office. 3) develop management models in a small-sized school network, under control of Nongkhai primary educational service area office as used by the research method and development. There are 3 step to take which are:- Step 1 : study and analyze the model by investigating theories related research, take the completed questionnaire from collected data from the sample in small-sized school network, under the control of Nongkhai primary educational service area office, such as a) the education directors 40 persons b) the academic affairs deputy director or the heads of academic 40 persons and c) 40 teachers, total amount 120 persons. By selecting a specific sample. Step 2 : Design and development of the model, summary the analysis of the current conditions and the adverse conditions of the model to analyze the gap analysis, prioritize the needs by using modified priority need index (PNI), take the data obtained from the analysis (PNI) to draft the model. Consists of the following 6 elements 1) Management Network Group 2) academic administration. 3) Budget Management 4) Personnel Management 5) General Administration 6) Management participation. Step 3 : verify, review, and confirm the appropriateness, and the feasibility of the model, by discussions of the group with the luminaries and stakeholders 8 persons, after results verification, reviewed, and evaluation model found to be appropriate, there is a possibility in practice of being exact, comprehensive, and according to framework, theory and research. Overall this was very found to be good.
