การพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ด้านวินัยนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านนาเรียง: การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (PAR)

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ด้านวินัยของนักเรียนโรงเรียน บ้านนาเรียง 2 ) เพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ด้านวินัยของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านนาเรียงโดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติ การแบบมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1- ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนบ้านนาเรียง จำนวน 125 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมนักเรียน แบบสังเกต แบบบันทึกเหตุการณ์ และ แบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบแจกแจงข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญและการเปรียบเทียบข้อมูล ตรวจสอบข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิค วิธีการแบบสามเส้า นำเสนอรูปแบบผลการวิจัยในรูปแบบพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ส่วนข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามและแบบ ประเมินมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) กระบวนการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ด้านวินัยของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านนาเรียง โดยใช้กิจกรรม หลัก 4 กิจกรรม คือ กิจกรรมพัฒนาบุคลากร กิจกรรมปลูกฝังวินัยนักเรียน กิจกรรมที่ใช้พัฒนาวินัยนักเรียน และกิจกรรม ประเมินวินัยนักเรียน ผลการดำเนินการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับมาก และแสดงให้เห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงในทางบวก คือ การร่วมมือในการพัฒนา การประพฤติตนตามระเบียบวินัย เกิดการเรียนรู้หลายประการทั้งด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม การสร้างแรงจูงใจ การพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนในเชิงบวก และเกิดองค์ความรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง คือ การใช้หลักการมีส่วน ร่วมและกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ด้านวินัยนักเรียน

2) นักเรียนมีเปลี่ยนแปลงคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ด้านวินัยไปในทางที่ดีขึ้นมีการปฏิบัติบ่อยครั้ง ทุกฝ่าย มีส่วนร่วม มีความพึงพอใจและยอมรับในการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่มีวินัยบางเรื่อง คือ การเข้าแถว เดินกลับบ้าน และทรงผมของนักเรียนชายระดับมัธยมศึกษา จำเป็นต้องดำเนินการพัฒนาต่อไป

The Development Desired Characteristics for Discipline of Ban Naraing School: A Participatory Action Research

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the process of developing desired characteristics for discipline of Ban Naraing School, and 2) to developing desired characteristics for discipline of Ban Naraing School through the process of participatory action research. Target group consisted of students in Pratom 1 - Mathayom 3 including 125. The instruments were a questionnaire, the assess behavior, an observation, reports of the work of a society, an interview. The analysis of data was made through the distribution of significant findings and content analysis. Data was then examined using triangulation technique. Research results were presented in the format of descriptive analysis. Data getting from ques¬tionnaire and assessment was analyzed to value of mean and standard deviation.

Research findings were as follows:

1) The process of developing desired characteristics for discipline of Ban Naraing School. By 4 activities: developing person activity, the activity establishes student discipline , the activity that use to develop student discipline, and the activity assesses student discipline, which the administration develops quality desires discipline side of a student is in many level, and find the good changing that are the cooperation in the development , self behavior according to regulations the discipline, be a lot of learning that about teamwork –motivation- discipline student manner development adds and the knowledge from practice by participation and action research to development desired characteristics.

2) The students can develop desired characteristics for discipline with the good changing level by stakeholder. The parents make content and admit in the developing .But there is some problem discipline such as, walking row back home and hair design of a secondary boy to continue develop for solve a problem.
