Instructional Leadership of the School Administrators Affecting Performance Motivation of Teachers under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 25.

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study level Instructional Leadership of the Schools Administrators’ affecting performance motivation of teachers, 2) to study Level the Motivation Performance of Teachers in Schools , 3) to study relationship between Instructional Leadership of the Schools Administrators’ affecting performance motivation of teachers and 4) to study the School Administrators’ Instructional Leadership affecting the Motivation performance of Teachers in Schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 25. The research design was Survey Research. The population consisted of the school administrators and teachers under jurisdiction of The Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 25, including 184 administrators and 3,700 teachers. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’ Table (1970). The samples were 125 administrators and 353 teachers. The research instrument was the Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using SPSS for Windows Computer Program to find the Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and creating the Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research findings found that:
Instructional Leadership of the Schools Administrators’ affecting performance motivation of teachers under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 25 , in overall, was in “High” level. The Teacher Development to be Professional Teachers found with the highest mean while the lowest one was the Curriculum and Instruction Management.
Instructional Leadership of the Schools Administrators’ affecting performance motivation of teachers under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 25, in overall, was in “High” level. the Salary found with the highest mean while the lowest one was the Work Success.
The relationship between Instructional Leadership of the Schools Administrators’ affecting performance motivation of teachers under the Office of Secondary Service Area 25, ranged between 0.60-0.78 which were in “High” found that Instructional Leadership of the Schools relationship organization at 0 .01 significant level.
Instructional Leadership of the School Administrators’ affecting performance motivation in Work Practice of Teachers in Schools under jurisdiction of The Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 25, There were 4 aspects affecting the Motivation in Work Practice of Teachers in Schools most: 1) the Development of Climate and Culture facilitating Learning ( X2 ), 2) the Curriculum and Instructional Management ( X5 ), 3) the Development of Students’ Potentiality ( X1 ) 4) the Determination of Direction of Change respectively. ( X4 ) The value of Multiple Correlation Coefficient was 0. 71 The Predictive Coeffi¬cient or Predictive Power was 71.0% at .01 significant level.
