ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์การ บริหารส่วนจังหวัดอุดรธานี

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อ ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามการรับรู้ ของครูใสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดอุดรธานี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การสอนและขนาดของสถาน ศึกษา โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 172 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็น เครื่องมือในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ (f) ร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และสถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน t-test (Independent Sample)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหาร ส่วนจังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการกำหนดทิศทางขององค์การ และด้านการควบคุมและประเมินกลยุทธ์ ตามลำดับ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหาร ส่วนจังหวัดอุดรธานี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การสอน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนก ตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0 .05

Strategic Leadership of School Administrators as Percieved by the Teacher’s in Schools Under Udon Thani Provincial Administration Organization

The purposes of this research were to study and to compare strategic leadership of school administrators as percieved by the teacher’s in schools under Udon Thani Provincial Administration Organization through survey research. Therefore, an actual number of participants were 172 teachers. A questionnaire was administered in this study, and data were analyzed through the Table Autoformat tool in order to calculate frequency (f), percentage (%), mean () and standard deviation (S.D.) and inferential statistics using t-test (Independent Sample).

Findings indicated that 3 aspects of the strategic leadership of school administrators as percieved by the teachers’ in schools under Udon Thani Provincial Administration Organization were rated at high levels. When considering each aspect, it was found that the mean value of the aspect of strategy implementation was ranked highest while the strategic control and evaluation were ranked lowest.

The results of the comparison of the strategic leadership of school administrators as Per¬cieved by the teacher’s in schools under Udon Thani Provincial Administration Organization with teaching experiences both in general and in each aspect revealed that teachers who had different teaching experiences also had no different perception on strategic leadership of school administrators with school size both in general and in each aspect, finding highlighted that there was statistically significantly different at the level of 0.05 regarding perceptions on strategic leadership of school administrators of teachers teaching in different sizes of schools.
