บทคัดย่อ
บทความปริทัศน์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์แนวคิดจตุรภาคี (Quadruple Helix) ในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมการศึกษา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงพรรณนาอย่างมีระบบ (Systematic Narrative Review) สืบค้นจากฐานข้อมูล Scopus, Google Scholar และ ThaiJO ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2009–2025 ข้อค้นพบสำคัญระบุว่า หัวใจของจตุรภาคีคือกระบวนการร่วมสร้างสรรค์ (Co-creation) ที่บูรณาการบทบาทภาครัฐ เอกชน วิชาการ และประชาสังคมอย่างสมดุล เพื่อสร้างระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของพื้นที่ การสังเคราะห์นำไปสู่แนวทางปฏิบัติ 8 ประการในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมการศึกษา เช่น การสร้างกลไกการตัดสินใจร่วม การแลกเปลี่ยนทรัพยากรข้ามภาคี และการใช้เทคโนโลยีข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพความร่วมมือ นัยเชิงปฏิบัติจากบทความนี้ช่วยให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้ออกแบบนโยบายเห็นแบบแผนและเงื่อนไขขั้นต่ำที่จำเป็นในการสร้างระบบการเรียนรู้ที่เท่าทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต
