บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อออกแบบแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้รายวิชาเศรษฐศาสตร์ที่บูรณาการประเด็นความเป็นธรรมทางสังคมเป็นฐานเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการตัดสินใจอย่างสร้างสรรค์ของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (2) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการจัดการเรียนรู้ดังกล่าว และ (3) เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการตัดสินใจอย่างสร้างสรรค์ของนักเรียนกลุ่มเป้าหมาย การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน ดำเนินการกับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศเชียงใหม่ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 20 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยพัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้จำนวน 5 แผน ใช้เวลาเรียนรวม 5 ชั่วโมง เนื้อหาครอบคลุมหน่วยเศรษฐกิจ ระบบเศรษฐกิจ การกำหนดราคาในระบบเศรษฐกิจ การกำหนดราคาค่าจ้าง และการออกแบบระบบเศรษฐกิจ กระบวนการเรียนรู้เน้นกรณีศึกษา การอภิปราย และสถานการณ์จำลอง เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนระบุปัญหา กำหนดและประเมินทางเลือก ตัดสินใจ และประเมินผลของการตัดสินใจ โดยคำนึงถึงผลกระทบต่อกลุ่มคนที่แตกต่างกัน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) แบบประเมินทักษะการตัดสินใจอย่างสร้างสรรค์ 15 ข้อ (มาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ) (2) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม 12 รายการ และ (3) แบบสะท้อนคิดและบันทึกภาคสนาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ทั้ง 5 แผนผ่านการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับดีถึงดีเยี่ยม (ค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.92 จาก 5) และนักเรียนมีทักษะการตัดสินใจอย่างสร้างสรรค์อยู่ในระดับดีทุกองค์ประกอบ (ค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.91) ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพสะท้อนว่าผู้เรียนสามารถตั้งคำถามเชิงความเป็นธรรม วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของนโยบาย เปรียบเทียบทางเลือก และปรับเปลี่ยนข้อเสนอเมื่อได้รับเหตุผลใหม่ ส่งผลให้การเรียนรู้เศรษฐศาสตร์มีความหมายและเชื่อมโยงกับชีวิตจริงมากยิ่งขึ้น
