การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอยะหริ่ง จังหวัดปัตตานี สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวสำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ในอำเภอยะหริ่ง จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยมุ่งพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในบริบทการท่องเที่ยวท้องถิ่น การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะแรก การศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรจากนักเรียน ครู ผู้บริหาร ผู้ปกครอง และชุมชน และระยะที่สอง การทดลองใช้หลักสูตรกับนักเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม โดยใช้รูปแบบการทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลัง หลักสูตรเน้นการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติผ่านการจำลองสถานการณ์และบทบาทสมมติ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการฟังและพูดภาษาอังกฤษในงานท่องเที่ยว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบวัดทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนมีคะแนนทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหลังการใช้หลักสูตรสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้หลักสูตรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.57 จาก 5.00) โดยเฉพาะด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้เรียนและชุมชน และช่วยพัฒนาทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในสถานการณ์จริงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล ผลการวิจัยสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวในระดับมัธยมศึกษาที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทท้องถิ่น และสนับสนุนการพัฒนากำลังคนด้านการท่องเที่ยวในชุมชนได้อย่างยั่งยืน
