การศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการเสริมพลังอำนาจครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย

บทคัดย่อ
การเสริมพลังอำนาจครู เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาและประสิทธิภาพการเรียนการสอน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในกลุ่มโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีศักยภาพสูง โดยการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการเสริมพลังอำนาจครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย และ 2) พัฒนาแนวทางการเสริมพลังอำนาจครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 310 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพการเสริมพลังอำนาจครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์จุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.51, S.D. = 1.14) และ 2) แนวทางการเสริมพลังอำนาจครูควรมุ่งเน้นการให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ชัดเจน และโปร่งใสผ่านการสื่อสารที่ตรงไปตรงมาและเข้าถึงง่าย ควรส่งเสริมความเป็นเอกภาพและเป้าหมายร่วมกันพร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนสิทธิในการจัดสรรเวลาส่วนตัว หลีกเลี่ยงการติดต่อเรื่องงานนอกเวลาราชการและสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานที่เอื้อต่อความร่วมมือและความเป็นกัลยาณมิตร
