ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความรับผิดชอบในความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพของธุรกิจโรงแรม

บทคัดย่อ

ในปัจจุบันทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ สิ่งแวดล้อมและระบบนิเวศ (ความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพ) ถูกทำลายเป็นจำนวนมากและมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว ดังนั้นการรับผิดชอบต่อทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ สิ่งแวดล้อมและระบบนิเวศ จึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญและจำเป็นต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งธุรกิจภาคการบริการ การวิจัยนี้ จึงมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความรับผิดชอบในความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพของธุรกิจโรงแรม เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการปฏิบัติสำหรับธุรกิจโรงแรมที่ให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของความรับผิดชอบ ต่อทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ สิ่งแวดล้อมและระบบนิเวศ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์ เชิงลึก (In - Depth Interview) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารระดับสูงโรงแรมในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดชลบุรี ระยอง จันทบุรีและตราด ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความรับผิดชอบในความหลากหลาย ทางชีวภาพมี 8 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านคน 2) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ 3) ด้านสังคม 4) ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม 5) ด้านกฎหมาย 6) ด้านเทคโนโลยี 7) ด้านการเมือง 8) ด้านองค์การ

The Factors on the Responsibility for Biodiversity of Hotels Business

Nowadays, Natural resources, environment and ecosystems (biodiversity) are being destroyed enormously. Moreover there is a high increase of this destruction. Therefore, the responsibility for natural resources, environment and ecosystems plays a crucial role in business and management, especially a service sector. This research aimed to explore the factors affecting the responsibility for biodiversity of hotels business. This research was set as a guideline. The hotels business will be expected to be more concerned about the responsibility for natural resources, environment and ecosystems. This research was a qualitative research using In –Depth Interviews. The samples of the research were the executive of Hotels Business in Chonburi, Rayong, Chantaburi, and Trat provinces. The results presented that there were eight factors affecting biodiversity responsibility which were 1). Human 2). Economy 3). Society 4). Environment 5). Law 6). Technology 7). Politics 8). Organization.
