การพัฒนามาตรฐานสมรรถนะหัวหน้าแผนกการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะด้านการบริหาร (Managerial Competencies) และสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (Functional Competencies) ของหัวหน้าแผนกการผลิต ในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ ในประเทศไทยโดยใช้การวิจัยแบบเทคนิคเดลฟายจำนวนทั้งหมด 3 รอบ ด้วยความอนุเคราะห์จากกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารจัดการสมรรถนะมนุษย์จำนวน19 ท่านได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling)

ผลการสำรวจแบบเดลฟายพบว่าสมรรถนะด้านการบริหารของหัวหน้าแผนกการผลิตฯ มีทั้งหมด 23 ข้อ จาก 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) การบริหารจัดการตนเองจำนวน 6 ข้อ 2) การบริหารจัดการเรื่องคนจำนวน 5 ข้อ 3) การบริหารจัดการเรื่องงานจำนวน 12 ข้อ และสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของหัวหน้าแผนกการผลิตฯ มีทั้งหมด 30 ข้อจาก 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) การบริหารจัดการตนเองจำนวน 10 ข้อ 2) การบริหารจัดการเรื่องคนจำนวน 8 ข้อ 3) การบริหารจัดการเรื่องงานจำนวน 12 ข้อ

Developmentof Production Supervisor’s Competency Standards in the Automotive Part Industries

This research aims to study the production supervisor’s managerial competencies and functional competencies in the automotive part industries in Thailand. Delphi technique was applied totally 3 rounds included 19 human competency management experts, acquired by means of purposive sampling.

The Delphi technique result revealed 23 managerial competencies of the production supervisors. Those were clarified into 3 clusters of 1) Managing Self with 6competencies 2) Managing Man with 5 competencies 3) Managing Job with 12 competencies. And 30 functional competencies were found by the same 3 clusters of 1) Managing Self with 10 competencies 2) Managing Man with 8 competencies 3) Managing Job with 12 competencies.
