การบริหารความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูเนอสเซอรี่ กับผู้ปกครอง

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาเรื่องกลยุทธ์การบริหารความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับผู้ปกครอง งานวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์ในการบริการความสัมพันธ์ รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ และผลลัพธ์ความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างครูเนอสเซอรี่กับผู้ปกครอง โดยมีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเรื่องกลยุทธ์ในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์ การสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล และสื่อใหม่ ซึ่งการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Method) โดยการสัมภาษณ์ครูเนอสเซอรี่ จำนวน 10 คน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ซึ่งจะเป็นครูปฐมวัยและมีความชำนาญในวิชาชีพตั้งแต่ 10 ปีขึ้นไป โดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ด้วยการมาจัดสาระบบและนำข้อมูลรหัสที่ได้จัดลงรหัสข้อมูล (Coding) พร้อมคัดแยกและจัดหมวดหมู่เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลที่แท้จริง โดยผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า การบริหารความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูเนอสเซอรี่กับผู้ปกครองแบ่งได้เป็น 3 ประเด็น คือ ประเด็นที่ 1) กลยุทธ์ในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์แบบสมดุล ที่พบมากที่สุดคือ การเปิดเผยตนเอง (Openness) และกลยุทธ์ในการรักษาความสัมพันธ์แบบไม่สมดุล พบมากที่สุด คือ การให้ความร่วมมือ (Cooperating) ประเด็นที่ 2) ผลลัพธ์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่าความไว้วางใจ (Trust) ถูกใช้มากที่สุด ประเด็นที่ 3) รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ พบว่ารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงกระทำโดยไม่หวังสิ่งตอบแทน (Mutual Communal Relationships) พบมากที่สุด

Managing Relationship in a Nursery School

The study of relationship management between nursery teachers and parents aims at understanding relationship management strategies and their outcomes between nursery teachers and parents. Related literature including relationship management, interpersonal communications and new media are reviewed, to understand the relationship management strategies and outcomes in this those group. For data collection, this research applied, “interview” as a qualitative method to gather the data. 10 nursery teachers from Bangkok and its boundary were interviewed based on their qualifications. Content analysis was applied for the data analysis. Coded data were categorized and analyzed systematically. The result can be concluded that in managing relationship between nursery teachers and parents, Maintenance Strategies symmetric, openness was mostly employed and asymmetric cooperating was mostly employed. Trust was mostly found as consequences. Mutual communal relationships was mostly found as types of relationships.
