รูปแบบการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กรณีศึกษาธนาคารสัจจะออมทรัพย์บ้านศรีไคออก

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพ ื่ อศึกษารูปแบบการดําเนินงานของธนาคารสัจจะออมทรัพยบานศรีไคออก ซ ึ่ งไดนอม นําเอาหลักการพ ึ่ งตนเองตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาเปนแนวทางในการดําเนินงานในชุมชน เปนการวิจัยและ พัฒนาที่ใชระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบบูรณาการ โดยใชเทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีสวนรวมซ ึ่ งศึกษาประชากรท ั้ งหมด ประกอบดวยคณะกรรมการ 9 คน และสมาชิก 162 ครัวเรือน เคร ื่ องมือวิจัยประกอบดวย แบบสัมภาษณเจาะลึก แบบสอบถาม แบบสังเกต การวิเคราะหสภาพแวดลอม และ การประชุมกลุมยอย ผลการวิจัยพบวารูปแบบการ ดําเนินงานของธนาคารสัจจะออมทรัพยประกอบไปดวย 5 องคประกอบ คือ 1) การกอต ั้ ง 2) สมาชิก 3) คณะกรรมการ 4) การบริหารงาน 5) ระบบการดําเนินงาน โดยไดนําหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาเปนแนวทางในการทํางานในแตละ ดานโดยเฉพาะแนวคิดการพึ่งพาตนเองในการริเร ิ่ มกอต ั้ ง ความสามัคคีของคนในชุมชนท ี่ ชักจูงเปนสมาชิกโดยผานระบบ เครือญาติและการมีคณะกรรม

Operation Procedure of Sajja Saving Group according to Sufficiency Economy Principles : A Case Study of Sajja Saving Bank of Ban Srikai Aok

This research aimed to investigate the operation of Sajja Savings Bank of Ban Srikai Aok based on a self-reliance method according to sufficiency economy principles. The methodology employed was participatory action research. The participants in the study were nine members of the bank’s committees and 162 household members. The research tools included in-depth interviews, questionnaires, observations, Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) analysis, and focus groups. The results of the research showed that the operations of the bank consisted of 5 elements: 1) establishment, 2) members, 3) committees, 4) administration, and 5) operational system. Sufficiency economy philosophy was applied to the operations of the bank, especially the practice of self-reliance in early establishment. The unity of the people could attract more members via kinship system. There also were the certified voluntary committees administering the organization with transparency and constant self-development.
