การพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบของนิสิตที่เรียน วิชา 233100 สารสนเทศศาสตร์เบื้องต้นโดยใช้การอ่าน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรับผิดชอบของนิสิตคณะบริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ และการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ที่เรียนวิชา 233100 สารสนเทศศาสตร์เบื้องต้น ก่อนและหลังใช้การ อ่านบทความที่ผู้สอนคัดสรรให้ จำนวน 15 เรื่อง ประชากรคือนิสิตชั้นปีที่1 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชา 233100 สารสนเทศศาสตร์เบื้องต้น ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 51 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บทความจำนวน 15 เรื่อง และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อการเรียน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คะแนนความรับผิดชอบ ของนิสิตหลังการอ่านบทความ สูงกว่าก่อนอ่านบทความ โดยมีคะแนนหลังใช้การอ่าน เท่ากับ 85.84 คะแนน สูงกว่าก่อนอ่านบทความ 18.90 คะแนน (2) นิสิตส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นที่ตรงกันว่าบทความมีส่วนช่วยในการ ปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมความรับผิดชอบในการเรียน เช่น รับผิดชอบต่องานที่อาจารย์ได้มอบหมายให้ทำการเข้า เรียนทันเวลากลับไปทบทวนบทเรียน และตั้งใจเรียนมากขึ้น เป็นต้นHuman Resources Management Strategies after Flood Crisis: A Case Study of Nawanakhon Industrial Estate

Purpose of this research was to compare the responsibility behavior between before and after reading 15 selected articles for Faculty of Business, Economics and Communications students of Naresuan University who registered in 233100 Introduction to Information Science. The population were 51 first year students who registered in 233100 Introduction to Information Science in second semester 2012 academic year. Instruments of this research were 15 articles and responsibility behavior questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of this research revealed that: (1) Responsibility behavior score after reading articles higher than before reading, the score after reading articles was 85.84 higher than before reading articles 18.90 (2) Most of the students showed their opinions that the articles helped them to change their studying responsibility such as responsibility in teacher’s assignment, be punctual, reconsider the lessons and pay attention during studying in classroom.
