Abstract

                   The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of Optimism, Perceived Career Success and Intention to Stay of employees at DHL Express International (Thailand) Co., Ltd Head Office (2) to compare Intention to Stay of employees at DHL Express International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Head Office, which was categorized according to personal factors as follows: Age, Service Of Years, Job Level and Marital Status (3) to study relationship between Optimism, Perceived Career Success and Intention to Stay of employees at DHL Express International (Thailand) Co., Ltd Head Office


                    The 130 samples used in this study were the Employees at DHL Express International (Thailand) Co., Ltd Head Office Percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé and Pearson correlation were applied to analyze the data.


                    The results of study were as follow (1) Most subjects in the sample were ages ranged from 25-30 years old, with 1-3 years of services, and most of them were working in the officer level and also single (2) The employees under investigation who differed in age, job level and marital status exhibited corresponding differences in the intention to say at the .05 significance level. (3) Optimism positively related to intention to stay at the .05 significance level. (4) Perceived career success positively related to intention to stay at the .05 significance level.
