The influence of Tourism Logistics Management on Service Quality for Phimai Historical Site in Nakhon Ratchasima province with gender and age as a Moderator

Tourism logistics management is an important tool that help to manage the tourism more efficiently and increase tourist’s satisfaction and impression from the service quality led to intentions to revisit and recommend. The purpose of this research was to study the influence of tourism logistics management on the service quality of Phimai historical site in Nakhon Ratchasima with gender and age as a moderator. Data were collected from a sample of 200 people using the cluster random sampling method and analyzed the data with inferential statistics from hierarchical regression analysis. The results reveal that all aspects of the tourism logistics factor were at a high level (Mean = 4.00). The overall of service quality factors was at a high level (Mean = 3.89). In addition, the findings also showed that the female tourists spend on travel products and services and information about tourist attractions on service quality than male tourists. Furthermore, tourists in the age range of 50 - 59 years effect with the financial flow on the quality of service in Phimai historical park over other age ranges.
