Abstract

This academic article is part of the thesis titled:  A Development of Holistic Health Care to The Monks is Area of Nabon District Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The study's aims were to examine the holistic health care approach. It was found that: Holistic health care is good health care that includes all aspects of physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. they did not choose any portion of the body but took into account the physical, social, mental, and spiritual ties and new knowledge, namely E-B-H-P-H are: E-Encouraging individuals and communities to change their lifestyles, B–Building knowledge and understanding, H–Health Development and Promotion, P-Promoting social and environmental factors,


and H-Happiness in living. In order for attain the objective of being healthy and fit in an ever-changing environment.
