Commerce, Computer Science Vocational Training Institutes in Northeastern Region 4 Det Udom Technical College, Academic Year 2020, 2 rooms, 40 students were randomly acquired. By using the classroom to randomize There are 3 types of research instruments. Including 1) a test to measure academic achievement The confidence value of .94 2) The skill training process of the project preparation. The quality was at a very good level. 3) The satisfaction questionnaire on learning management. This research analyzed the data by finding the pre-test, post-test, percentage, average, standard deviation, the statistics in the case of dependent sample t-test. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: 1. This research objective was to study the learning outcomes in foreign language learning subject group. What sport do you like? by using the CIPPA teaching activity set of Prathomsuksa 3 students on academic achievement and language skills to compare the learning achievement between before and after school. and to study the student satisfaction of learning outcomes. The sample group used in this study was Prathom suksa 3/2 students at Pho Sai Kindergarten School, Pho Sai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, Academic Year 2021, consisted of 27 people by simple random sampling by lottery method. The tools used include 1) 4 sets of learning activities, 2) 4 learning management plans, 3) A 30-item achievement test, 4) English Language Skills Assessment Questionnaire and 5) Student Satisfaction Questionnaire on Learning Outcomes. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test Dependent.

The results showed that Academic achievement was high. Language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing were at a good level in all aspects.The satisfaction with learning management was at a high level. and learning achievement after school was significantly higher than before at the .01 level.

The purposes of this research were to study Academic administration efficiency and study Guidelines for the Academic Administration Successful of medium School : a case study of Bannongmek School Ubonratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Thesamples were 24 persons.The key informants for the school, 1, chairman of the school committee at a successful school, 1, director of a successful school, 1, deputy director of a successful school, and head of academic affairs at a successful school, 1, accomplished, 3 successful school teachers, 2 successful school alumni representatives, total 9 persons of the Bannongmek School. The research instruments were a 5-level rating scale questionnaire and Index of Item Objective Congruence at value of 0.80–1.00. The questionnaire eliability was .91 and discrimination index was 0.2-0.7 The statistics was analysis,here were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test for Independent samples.

Organization of Learning Management Plans Using KWDL Technique on Decimal Addition and Subtraction Questions for Prathomsuksa 4 Students

The purpose of this research was to develop the organization of learning management plans using KWDL technique on decimal addition and subtraction questions for Prathomsuksa 4 students with the objectives: to prepare mathematics learning management plans on decimal addition and subtraction questions for Prathomsuksa 4 students at Banhuayfai School using KWDL technique to have efficiency in accordance with the appointed 75/75 criteria, to compare mathematics learning achievement on decimal addition and subtraction question of Prathomsuksa 4 students at Banhuayfai School both pre and post-learning using KWDL technique, and to study satisfaction of Prathomsuksa 4 students at Banhuayfai School towards leaning management using KWDL technique. The sample was a group of 22 Prathomsuksa 4 students at Banhuayfai School in the second semester of the academic year 2020 gaining from purposive sampling by using the school as a random sampling unit. The research instruments were: three learning management plans of mathematics subject using learning activity methods of KWDL technique on decimal addition and subtraction questions, which their quality assessment results were at the highest level of suitability, a 40-item learning achievement test of mathematics subject on decimal addition and subtraction questions for Prathomsuksa 4 students using KWDL technique with the reliability of 0.95, and a questionnaire of satisfaction towards the organization of learning management plan using KWDL on decimal addition and subtraction questions for Prathomsuksa 4 students.

The results showed that:

Process efficiency of learning management plans was 82.18 and result efficiency of learning management plans was 81.25; thus, the efficiency of the learning management plans was 82.18/81.25, which was higher than the appointed criteria of 75/75.
Prathomsuksa 4 students’ post-learning achievement on decimal addition and subtraction questions using KWDL technique was higher than pre-learning with statistical significance at the .05 level.
Students’ satisfaction towards learning management using KWDL technique was at the highest level.

The Development of Active Learning Model by Using Infographics Design Process for Encouraging Critical Thinking and Problem Solving of Science and Technology (Computing Science) for Mathayomsuksa 2 Students

The current research aims to achieve three objectives: 1) developing a teaching model for the subject of Computing Science, 2) studying the effects of its application, and 3) examining the satisfaction level of Mathayomsuksa 2 students towards a collaborative learning approach combined with the infographic design process, which enhances problem-solving abilities in the field of Science and Technology (Computing Science). The research was conducted in three phases: Phase 1 involved basic data collection, Phase 2 encompassed the development of the mathematics teaching model, and Phase 3 implemented the teaching model in a Mathayomsuksa 2 Students Computing Science class. The sample group consisted of 32 students from class 2/1 at Premotinsulanonda School, Namphoung District, Khon Kaen Province, selected using Cluster Random Sampling. Research Instruments included the Computational Technology teaching model, a learning management plan, tests to measure learning efficiency, problem-solving tests, and a satisfaction survey regarding the teaching approach.

Results revealed: 1) The collaborative learning approach combined with the infographic design process, aimed at promoting problem-solving abilities in the Science and Technology (Computing Science) domain, was termed the "PICPIPRE Model." This model comprised five components: principles, objectives, content, teaching processes, and assessment. The teaching process had six steps: Preparation & Infographic (P&I), Construction (C), Practice (P), Present & Infographic (P&I), Reflection (R), and Evaluation (E). The suitability of the model was highly rated. 2) Regarding the experiment's implementation: 2.1) The collaborative learning approach with the infographic design process showed significant effectiveness (E1/E2) at 80.32/81.86, surpassing the set benchmark of 75. 2.2) The students' problem-solving abilities exceeded the 75% benchmark with statistical significance at the .01 level. 2.3) Post-learning, students showed significantly better learning efficiency scores than pre-learning at the .01 level. 2.4) The effectiveness index of the collaborative learning approach combined with the infographic design process had a value of 0.7198, indicating a 71.98% increase in student knowledge. 3) Overall, students expressed high satisfaction towards the collaborative learning approach combined with the infographic design process for enhancing problem-solving abilities in the Science and Technology (Computing Science) domain.

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study results of the activities cooperate with CIPPA MODEL teaching formation Thai language department about the reading

diphthongs for primary 6 (p6) 2) to compare academic achievement before and after learning by using CIPPA MODEL teaching formation Thai language department about the reading diphthongs for primary 6 (p6). The sample consisted of 13 students of primary 6, Ban Nahom school Thungsiudom district, Ubonratchathani Province, in academic year 2020. They were selected by simple random sampling with the classroom as unit sampling. There are 6 types of research tools, namely 1) learning management plan 2) learning activities set 3) learning achievement test 4) group work skills assessment 5) language skills assessment questionnaire 6) satisfaction questionnaire on learning management.The data was analyzed by the way of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test dependent Samples.

The findings can be summarized as follows:

1.The research of learning, Thai language development about the reading

Diphthongs by using the activities cooperate with CIPPA MODEL teaching formation for primary 6 on the achievement of learning where a high level, Group collaboration skills were a very good level, Language skills were also a very good level and satisfaction with learning management were the most level.

2.The management learning of Thai language development about the reading

Diphthongs by using the activities cooperate with CIPPA MODEL results in primary 6. The

students had the achievement after learning higher than before learning at 0.5 level of statistical significance.

A Study of a Foreign Language Learning Result on Nouns of Grade Four Students by Using the STAD Learning Activity

The research aimed to study the results of a foreign language learning on nouns of grade four students by using the STAD learning activity in light of learning achievement, English skills and satisfaction towards the learning organizing method and to compare a learning achievement before and after students’ learning. The samples were 16 grade four students of Ban Etom School affiliated to the school network 13 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 1. The samples were derived by a simple random sampling. The research instruments were 1) 5 sets of the STAD on nouns, 2) 5 lesson plans on nouns, 3) a 20-item, multiple- choice test on nouns, 4) an assessment test on English skills, 5) a questionnaire on satisfaction towards learning. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.

The research findings were as follows.

The results of the foreign language learning on nouns of grade four students through using the STAD method were as follows.
- Concerning the learning achievement, it was found that prior to their learning, the students had a low learning achievement averaging 9.88 (49.88%). After learning, the students had a learning achievement at a good level averaging 16.44 (82.19%).
- The students’ English skill evaluations following the STAD based learning were as follows. Test 1, they had a score averaging 9.25 (77.08); test 2, they had a score averaging 9.56 (79.69); test 3, they had a score averaging 9.69 (80.73); test 4, they had a score averaging 9.81 (81.77); test 5, they had a score averaging 9.88 (82.29).
- The students had the highest level of satisfaction towards a foreign language learning based on the STAD.
A learning achievement of grade four students following the use of the STAD on nouns had a higher average than before with a statistical significance of .01.

The schools with different sizes; small and medium generally showed different information technology Usage conditions with statistical significance at 0.05.
The schools with different sizes generally showed different information technology Usage problems without statistical. When considering each aspect, it was found that 2 aspects were different with statistical significance at 0.05; academic services management and general management.

The purposes of this research were to study the superleadership of the school administrators in the network group no.13 in Phosai -Sarapee sub-district under Ubonratchathani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 and compare the superleadership of the school administrators classified by school size. The samples were 118 persons of the teachers. The research instruments were a questionnaire and the statistics was analysis, there were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, one way analysis of variance: ANOVA and Scheffe' s test.

The results were as follows. The superleadership of the school administrators in the network group no.13 in Phosai -Sarapee sub-district under Ubonratchathani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in overall aspect and each aspect, the research found to be at high level. The comparison of the superleadership of the school administrators with different school size had different superleadership in overall were different statistical significant at .05 level.
