The development of a lesson plan for Science and Technology Department in introductory programming Subjects on Structure Programming Units of The Grade 12 students By Using web Application and The Flipped Classroom Approach

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to 1) To develop a learning lesson plan for Science and Technology Department in introductory programming Subjects on Structure Programming Units of The Grade 12 students By Using web application and the flipped classroom approach that was effective according to the criteria 80/80 2) to study the effectiveness index of the lesson plan 3) to compare learning achievement of students between before and after study 4) to compare learning achievement students learning with web application and flipped classroom approach with those learning by conventional instruction. The sample group was 12th grade students of Detudom school 2 classrooms. Research instruments were 1) the lesson plan based on Th e Web application and flipped classroom approach 2) web application based on the flipped classroom approach and 3) a learning achievement test
The research results were as flowing, 1) the efficiency index of the lesson plan based on Th e Web application and flipped classroom approach was equal to 82.10/80.63 which is in accordance with the 80/80 criteria and the effectiveness index was equal to 0.6886 of 68.86 percent. the learning achievements of students learning with web application and flipped classroom approach between before and after learning were significantly different at the .05 level and the learning achievements of students learning with web application and flipped classroom approach had higher learning achievement of students learning by conventional instruction were significantly different at the .05
