Focus & Scope

The Journal of Accountancy and Management aims to promote the publication and dissemination of scholarly articles and research papers that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in fields related to business administration. The journal covers multiple business disciplines including accounting, management, business administration, entrepreneurship management, business information technology, financial management, international business, business computing, e-commerce and economics.

The scope of the Journal of Accountancy and Management encompasses topics related to both macro and micro levels of administration in accounting and management disciplines such as accounting, management, entrepreneurship, business information technology, business finance, international business, marketing, human resource management, business computing, e-commerce, economics, and other topics related to accounting, business administration and economics.

Peer Review Process

The Journal of Accountancy and Management accepts scholarly articles, research papers and book reviews in both Thai and English, related to accounting and management. The objective is to publish quality papers that offer theoretical contributions for further development or knowledge creation and practical benefits for business practitioners in management. Therefore, articles to be published must undergo a peer-review process by at least three experts in the relevant field, in a double-blind review (authors and reviewers do not know each other's identity). Articles must demonstrate academic quality and practical utility as described above.

The Journal is published four issues per year: Issue 1: January – March Issue 2: April – June Issue 3: July – September Issue 4: October – December

Peer-Review Policy

  1. Articles submitted to the Journal of Accountancy and Management must be peer-reviewed by at least three experts in the relevant field. The review is double-blind (identities of authors and reviewers are concealed).
  2. Articles must be original (not previously published or under consideration elsewhere) and must not infringe on the work of others.
  3. Opinions, illustrations and tables published in this journal are the responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Journal of Accountancy and Management.
  4. The Editorial Board of the Journal of Accountancy and Management reserves the right to decide on publication.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

The Journal of Accountancy and Management (Mahasarakham University) charges a publication fee of THB 4,500 upon initial acceptance.
