บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้วิเคราะห์กลยุทธ์การตลาดที่ล่วงละเมิดของแบรนด์เวนดี้ส์และไรอันแอร์บนโซเชียลมีเดีย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอข้อพิจารณาที่เป็นประโยชน์สำหรับไรอันแอร์ การศึกษาใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนาจากเนื้อหาบนทวิตเตอร์ โดยตรวจสอบทวีต 119 ข้อความจากเวนดี้ส์ และ 115 ข้อความจากไรอันแอร์ ซึ่งจัดประเภทข้อความที่ล่วงละเมิดว่าเป็นแบบตลกขบขันหรือแบบแข็งกร้าว ผลการวิจัยชี้ว่าเวนดี้ส์ประสบความสำเร็จในการใช้อารมณ์ขันที่เฉียบคมและสมดุลเพื่อสร้างแบรนด์และเพิ่มการมีส่วนร่วม ในขณะที่กลยุทธ์ที่ยั่วยุของไรอันแอร์แม้จะดึงดูดความสนใจได้ แต่ก็อาจเสี่ยงต่อการสร้างความไม่พอใจให้กับลูกค้าสูงอายุ และขัดแย้งกับค่านิยมหลักของแบรนด์ เนื่องจากมีข้อความที่แข็งกร้าวในสัดส่วนที่สูงกว่า การศึกษาจึงแนะนำให้ไรอันแอร์กลับมาเน้นย้ำค่านิยมหลัก ปรับปรุงอารมณ์ขันให้เป็นเชิงบวกมากขึ้น และใช้เนื้อหาที่สร้างโดยผู้ใช้เพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์ความเป็นมนุษย์ให้กับแบรนด์
