การบริหารระบบคุณภาพที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดกระบี่

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การบริหารระบบคุณภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในจังหวัดกระบี่ 2) การสร้างองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในจังหวัดกระบี่ และ 3) การบริหารระบบคุณภาพที่ส่งผลต่อการสร้างองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในจังหวัดกระบี่ การวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ และครู รวม 396 คน จากสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในจังหวัดกระบี่ โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ 2 ขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ส่วนเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. การบริหารระบบคุณภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในจังหวัดกระบี่โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ผลลัพธ์ การมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การมุ่งเน้นนักเรียนและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การวัด วิเคราะห์ และการจัดการความรู้ การนำองค์กร และการจัดการกระบวนการ
2. การสร้างองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในจังหวัดกระบี่โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ บุคลากรหลัก โครงสร้างและขนาดองค์กรที่เหมาะสม การทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ บรรยากาศเชิงสร้างสรรค์และนิสัยนวัตกรรม การมีส่วนร่วมอย่างสูงในนวัตกรรม ความมั่นคงระยะยาว ขอบเขตความสามารถในการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างเครือข่ายและการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ วิสัยทัศน์ร่วม ภาวะผู้นำ และความตั้งใจสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม
3. การบริหารระบบคุณภาพ 5 ตัวแปร ส่งผลต่อการสร้างองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในจังหวัดกระบี่โดยภาพรวม (Ytot) ร้อยละ 89.20
