Conditions of Lessons Learned in Students’ Activities: Phenomena of Student Leader Experiences

The purpose of this research was to examine the conditions of lessons learned from the experiences of student leaders of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus using qualitative research methods with hermeneutic phenomenology. Data were collected from documents and in-depth interviews. Purposive sampling was used to select 18 participants for data collection. The data were analyzed using the technique of Dikelman and Allen (1989). The results were presented and discussed by descriptive analysis.
The results of the research showed that conditions for lessons learned from the experiences of student leaders of Faculty of Science and Technology, Prince of Songkla University Pattani Campus had five conditions; 1) basic morality in knowledge building, 2) deep Listening and nonviolent employment, 3) peace and positive communication, 4) formation of learning processes in the level of individuals, groups, and organizations, and 5) adaptation for future to survive.
