Abstract

The research article consists of the following objectives: 1. to study the current condition and desirable condition of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal Management of Phetchaburi Technical College, 2. to create the strategies for Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal Management of Phetchaburi Technical College. It is a mixed methods research. A simple group is 155 persons of Dual Vocational Education System of Phetchaburi Technical College which is collected by using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments are an interview form and questionnaire. The statistics used are frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and priority needs index, including content analysis.

The results of the research reveal that 1) the current condition and desirable condition of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal Management of Phetchaburi Technical College are found as follows: the results of desirable condition of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal Management of Phetchaburi Technical College is higher than the results of current condition of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal Management of Phetchaburi Technical College. 2) There are 6 aspects to the components of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal Management of Phetchaburi Technical College which are (1) the strengthening cooperation connection of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal Management, (2) the understanding of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal Management, (3) development of learning plan and optimization of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal, (4) preparation and empowerment of manpower production of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal, (5) supervision reform and supervision development of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal, and (6) evaluation development and empowerment of Dual Vocational Education System of New Normal. The body of knowledge indicates that 1) chances for organization to participate in the creation of information technology systems are increasable, 2) semester systematic supervision is greater, 3) the evaluation outcomes are in line with professional competencies, and 4) learners have professional skills that suit the labor market's expectations.
