The Development of Informational Website of Local Traditions in Roi Et Province

Abstract

          The objectives of this research aim at: 1) developing informational website of local traditions in Roi Et Province; 2) analyzing the quality of the website from experts; 3) analyzing the users’ satisfaction on the informational website of the local tradition. It is a quantitative research. The research tools are based on quality assessment form and questionnaire. The sample consists of 100 tourists selected by accidental sampling. The statistics for data analysis is mean, percentage, standard deviation, and dependent t-test.

          The results of this research show that 1) the website can be developed to be practical accounted for 100%. 2) Quality analysis of the informational website of the local tradition in Roi Et Province is developed by an overview from experts, in the most appropriate (=4.51; S.D.=0.73). 3) Analysis of development of the website is overall in the most satisfactory level (=4.26; S.D.=0.64). The new body of knowledge is that 1) the development of the website is compatible to mobile websites and mobile apps. 2) It is a medium of communication with people which is modern, convenient, easy, and fast to communicate.
