บทคัดย่อ

         การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการร้านคาเฟ่ในบริบทของพฤติกรรมคาเฟ่ฮอปปิ้ง (Café Hopping) และศึกษาอิทธิพลของความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการบอกต่อแบบปากต่อปากผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้บริโภค Generation Z ในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริโภค Generation Z ที่มีประสบการณ์ใช้บริการร้านคาเฟ่ จำนวน 400 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยอย่างง่าย

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการแสวงหาความแปลกใหม่มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการมากที่สุด (β = .247, p < .001) รองลงมาคือ แรงจูงใจทางสังคม (β = .209, p < .001) ภาวะกลัวตกกระแส (β = .180, p < .001) และความสอดคล้องทางภาพลักษณ์ (β = .166, p = .001) ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการบอกต่อแบบปากต่อปากผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = .461, p < .001)

          ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า การสร้างประสบการณ์คาเฟ่ที่มีความแปลกใหม่ ตอบสนองแรงจูงใจทางสังคม สอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์ของผู้บริโภค และเชื่อมโยงกับกระแสสังคม สามารถช่วยเพิ่มความพึงพอใจและส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการบอกต่อผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้บริโภค Generation Z ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
