Factors influencing the volunteer motivation of people in Sam Khok District Pathum Thani Province

Factors influencing the volunteer motivation of people in Sam Khok District Pathum Thani Province. The objectives of this study were: 1. To study the motivation that leads to cooperation in volunteering. 2. To study the development guidelines to motivate people to volunteer in the Sam Khok district community. The data was collected using a questionnaire with a sample of 400 people in Sam Khok District, Pathum Thani Province. The statistics used in the research include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.
The results of the research are as follows: Overall value volunteer motivation is very high ( x̅ = 4.11 S.D. = 0.62) Overall understanding volunteer motivation is high ( x̅ = 4.07 S.D. = 0.74) Development volunteer motivation is high ( x̅ = 4.28 S.D. = 0.85) Overall social volunteer motivation is high ( x̅ = 3.93 S.D. = 0.87) Overall protection volunteer motivation is high ( x̅ = 3.90 S.D. = 0.81) Overall career path volunteer motivation is high ( x̅ = 4.03 S.D. = 0.84) and benefits from the approach to developing volunteer motivation Executives or entrepreneurs in the organization can use the results of the research as a guide for strategic planning of the organization and human resource management to reduce the problem of lack of motivation for employees to continue their volunteer activities.
