ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อแรงจูงใจด้านจิตอาสาของประชาชนในเขตอำเภอสามโคกจังหวัดปทุมธานี การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1.เพื่อศึกษาถึงแรงจูงใจที่ทำให้เกิดความร่วมมือในการเป็นจิตอาสา2.เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาให้เกิดแรงจูงใจในการเป็นจิตอาสาของประชาชนในชุมชนเขตอำเภอสามโคก จังหวัดปทุมธานี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือประชาชนในเขตอำเภอสามโคกจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 400 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ แรงจูงใจจิตอาสาด้านค่านิยมโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ = 4.11 S.D. = 0.62) แรงจูงใจจิตอาสาด้านความเข้าใจโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ = 4.07 S.D. = 0.74) แรงจูงใจจิตอาสาด้านการพัฒนา อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ = 4.28 S.D. = 0.85) แรงจูงใจจิตอาสาด้านสังคมโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ = 3.93 S.D. = 0.87) แรงจูงใจจิตอาสาด้านการปกป้องโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ = 3.90 S.D. = 0.81) แรงจูงใจจิตอาสาด้านเส้นทางอาชีพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ = 4.03 S.D. = 0.84) และประโยชน์ที่ได้จากแนวทางในการพัฒนาแรงจูงใจด้านจิตอาสา ผู้บริหารหรือผู้ประกอบการในองค์การสามารถใช้ผลของการวิจัยมาเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ขององค์การ และบริหารจัดการด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เพื่อลดปัญหาการขาดแรงจูงใจในการทำหน้าที่ของพนักงานในการทำกิจกรรมจิตอาสาขององค์การต่อไปได้
