Guidelines for Development the Implementation of the Student Care and Support System in Schools Under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The findings revealed that:
1) the overall current implementation of the Student Care and Support System was at a moderate level, whereas the desirable condition was at the highest level. The highest priority needs were promotion and development, followed by referral and student screening.
2) The proposed development guidelines consisted of five major components and thirty practical strategies, including individual student recognition, student screening, promotion and development, prevention and intervention, and referral. The evaluation results indicated that the overall appropriateness and feasibility of the proposed guidelines were at the highest level. These findings suggest that the developed guidelines can effectively support the improvement of the Student Care and Support System and can be practically implemented in accordance with the context of educational
institutions.
