การตื่นตัวทางการเมืองของนักศึกษาต่อการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร พ.ศ. 2566: กรณีศึกษานักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยกาฬสินธุ์

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับการตื่นตัวทางการเมืองของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยกาฬสินธุ์ต่อการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร พ.ศ. 2566 และ 2. วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตื่นตัวทางการเมืองและเสนอแนะแนวทางส่งเสริม ใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสม เก็บข้อมูลจากนักศึกษา 341 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 15 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษามีระดับการตื่นตัวทางการเมืองอยู่ในระดับมาก (M= 3.92) โดยด้านการรับรู้ข่าวสารทางการเมืองมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (M = 4.00) รองลงมาคือ วัฒนธรรมทางการเมือง (M= 3.98) การเข้าใจและความสนใจทางการเมือง (M = 3.97) การมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง (M = 3.86) และสถาบันกล่อมเกลาทางการเมือง (M = 3.84) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตื่นตัวทางการเมืองอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.91) โดยพฤติกรรมการรับรู้ข่าวสารมีอิทธิพลสูงสุด (M = 3.95) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกพบปัจจัยหลักที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้สิทธิ์ ได้แก่ นโยบายที่ตอบโจทย์คนรุ่นใหม่ การรับรู้ข่าวสารผ่านสื่อดิจิทัล ความกลัวสูญเสียสิทธิ์ในอนาคต และอิทธิพลจากครอบครัว การศึกษาสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า Gen Z มีพฤติกรรมการตื่นตัวทางการเมืองที่แตกต่างจากอดีต โดยสื่อออนไลน์และโซเชียลมีเดียมีบทบาทสำคัญ ข้อเสนอแนะหลักคือ ภาครัฐควรพัฒนานโยบายเฉพาะคนรุ่นใหม่ใช้สื่อดิจิทัลในการสื่อสารการเมือง และสร้างความโปร่งใส ส่วนสถาบันการศึกษาควรพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้ทันสมัย ส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสร้างพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นทางการเมือง
