Abstract
The tool used for data collection is a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, which has content validity with values ranging from 0.80 to 1.00, and a reliability coefficient of 0.98. The statistical methods used for data analysis include percentage, mean, standard
deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient at the 0.01 significance level.
The research results showed that
1. Strategic leadership of school administrators in the Secondary Education Area Office, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, found that it was especially important in considering the consequences in the aspect that is very important in promoting high-efficiency
development The most stable aspect is the organization's system management.
2. Safety management in educational institutions under the Office of the Secondary Education Area, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, found that overall it was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that safety from epidemics had the highest average value, while the aspect with the lowest average value was safety from disasters.
3. The relationship between the strategic leadership of school administrators and the safety system in educational institutions, the committee of the Secondary Education Area Office, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, was able to find information, including positively preventing, the relationship is statistically high at the .01 level.
