The Guidelines for Developing Creative Leadership of School Administrators as Learning Community Prankratai District Under Kamphaengphet Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract
leadership of school administrators as a learning community in Phran Kratai District under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 1, categorized by experience and school size, and 3. to develop guidelines for enhancing the creative leadership of school administrators as a learning community in Phran Kratai District under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample consisted of 235 school administrators and teachers under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 1, along with 17 experts. The research instruments were a Likert scale questionnaire and a structured interview. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, percentage, content analysis, frequency distribution, and prioritization.
The research results revealed that:
1. the overall and individual aspects of the creative leadership of school administrators as a learning community in Phran Kratai District were at a high level;
2. the comparison of creative leadership based on work experience showed no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level, while the comparison based on school size revealed a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level;
3. the guidelines for developing creative leadership of school administrators as a learning community in Phran Kratai District indicated that administrators should set clear goals, regularly monitor and evaluate progress, and continuously improve methods to meet expectations. Administrators must engage in careful planning, involve personnel at all levels, and manage change effectively. Additionally, administrators should consider the abilities and strengths of subordinates, encourage participation and support, track progress, and provide recognition when goals are achieved. Understanding the organizational context and fostering cooperation from all sectors is essential.
