Strategic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting The Success of Educational Management of the Schools Under Prawet District Office Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of administrative strategic leadership of school administrators under Prawet district office, Bangkok
Metropolitan Administration; 2) to study the level of success of educational management of the schools under Prawet district office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration; 3) to study the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and educational management of the schools under Prawet district office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and 4) to study strategic leadership of school administrators affecting the success of educational management of the schools under Prawet district office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample of this study was administrators and teachers in schools under Prawet district office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, consisted of total 234 persons of academic year 2023. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a confidence value of .98. The statistic used for analyzing were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research found that
1) the level of administrative strategic leadership of school administrators under Prawet district office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were high in overall.;
2) the level of success of educational management of the schools under Prawet district office, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were high in overall.
3) the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and educational management of the schools under Prawet district office, Bangkok
Metropolitan Administration had a correlation in the same direction and there is a
positive correlation statistically significant at the 0.01 level with a correlation between .83 and .94
4) Strategic leadership of school administrators affecting the success of educational management of the schools under Prawet district office, Bangkok
Metropolitan Administration were the implementation of strategies, strategic planning, planning control and strategic formulation. The multiple correlation coefficient of standard variable and predictive variable was .95, the prediction power level of 89.40 %, and the predictive error was .26, had significant at .05 levels.
