Abstract
The sample group consisted of 329 school administrators and teachers, with 10 key informants providing critical insights. Research instruments included a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview, with data analysis involving frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research results were as follows:
1. Academic administration according to the principles of good governance by educational institution administrators in schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office, was generally at a high level. All individual areas also demonstrated a high level of practice as well.
2. The guidelines for academic administration according to the principles of good governance for educational institution administrators in schools under the Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office, include: (1) establish a committee to develop the curriculum, study core curriculum documents, and create a curriculum aligned with the school's context; (2) implement active learning processes, allowing students to engage in hands-on activities and develop problem-solving skills based on their interests; (3) ensure the availability and quality of media and equipment, and encourage creative use of technology along with local wisdom; (4) create a guide for assessment and use high-quality tools to measure various aspects according to curriculum standards; (5) establish a supervision calendar and conduct supervision in a supportive and friendly manner, utilizing diverse methods to improve teaching practices.
