This research has the objective To study personnel management and to study problems and obstacles in electronic personnel management during operations during the outbreak.Coronavirus Disease 2019 of the Department of Industrial Promotion Ministry of Industry Bangkok Sample groups include: Department of Industrial Promotion personnel, 169 people, were obtained from the ready-made tables of Crazy and Morgan. Use a quantitative research model. The instrument used to collect data was a
questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage (Percentage), frequency (Frequency), mean (Mean) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation), one-way ANOVA test statistics from the study of methods.
