The Quality of Work Life Factors in the Non-Commissioned Officers, Office of the Headquarters, Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters

Abstract

The research aimed to study the quality of work life factors of non-commissioned officers and compare the quality of work life factors of non-commissioned officers
classified by personnel factors consisting of rank, age, education, status, hometown and income. The sample in this research is personnel in the non-commissioned officers case study office of the headquarters, Royal Thai Armed Forces headquarters 180 consumers. The data was collected by questionnaires which are Cronbach’s alpha 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test and One way ANOVA were applied for the hypothesis testing. The results revealed that: the overall quality of work life factors was highest ( = 3.52), whereas the Social Relevance factor was obtained a highest level. In addition, compare the quality of work life factors of noncommissioned officers classified by personnel factors: education could explain differences between means of the quality of work life factors at the level of the significance .05.
